WHO ARE YOU?

Virtual trauma therapy for creative, unconventional, and deeply self aware women in Minnesota.

A grounded space for the weird, the intuitive, the analytical, and those who have always felt like they exist outside the box entirely.

If something in your life feels stuck, overwhelming, or out of alignment, it isn’t a sign that you are broken. It’s a pattern that is asking to be understood.

Therapy here is not about fixing you or forcing change. It’s about understanding how your mind and body adapted to keep you safe, and creating the conditions for you to feel more aligned and present in your life.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

  • A black and white illustration of a brain, online trauma therapy and EMDR support

    individual therapy

A collaborative, depth-oriented online therapy space focused on nervous system patterns, trauma, identity, emotional regulation, and relationships.

  • A black-and-white illustration of a human eye with the iris and pupil visible, surrounded by textured shading, displayed inside a collage-like octagonal shape for a therapist centered around identity, patterns, and healing

    EMDR + Intensives

Focused trauma processing that helps the brain integrate experiences that still feel emotionally “stuck,” so they no longer carry the same weight in your present life.

Hello!

I’m Chelsey Emery Snaza (she/her), a licensed therapist, creative, and founder of The Unveiled Self.

I specialize in trauma, attachment, and nervous system work using EMDR and relational therapy. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply respectful of the complexity of human experience.

I don’t see people as problems to solve. I see people as systems that adapted brilliantly to survive what they have been through. Sometimes those adaptations stop working. Therapy is where we gently help those patterns shift so you can respond with more choice and ease.

I also believe that meaning matters. People make sense of their lives through logic and analysis, creativity, intuition, spirituality, symbolism — or experiences they've never quite been able to explain.

All parts of you are welcome here.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but still can’t seem to shift emotionally, you are not alone in that.

Here, we honor the full complexity of who you are — your past and your present, your logic and your instincts, your dignity and your competence.

Healing here is not about becoming someone new. It’s about changing your relationship to what has shaped you, so it no longer quietly dictates your life in the background.
